BIO
Ray Tapps is a musician, singer, Poet, mentor, and Lay Theologian with over 40 years of experience. He is the son of emigrant exiles from tyranny and is outspoken on the sociological and moral decay of culture. Having grown up in Southern California, Ray is an advocate for those suffering under the injustice of governments persecuting the innocent for their beliefs.
A widower, father of four, he had at one time fallen into a pit of despair 2017 and began to believe his best days were behind hm.
When, not long after, Ray Tapps experienced a transcendent moment with Yoshua (Jesus of Nazareth), at a place off of Arbor Road in Paso Robles California.
There, he heard clearly just how much God loved him and set him on a new course of joy-filled purpose and a renewed love for humanity.
Experiencing this epiphany and renewed “blast from the Top,” his songs began to flow out of him and melodies were coming together from his heart and soul.
This journey has only begun for him with encouragement for others in desperate need of a smile. He currently resides in North Eastern Nevada.
